Southpointe Condominiums

Welcome to the Southpointe Condominiums located in Ventura Country Club in Orlando Florida.

Southpointe has 384 two bedroom condos and 64 one bedroom condos.

Southpointe has two beautiful pools, one of which is heated during winter months.  We also have a newly renovated jacuzzi.

In the center of our complex is a pond which features a fountain and several picnic and grilling areas.  We take pride in having excellent on-site maintenance and landscaping crews as well as on-site management available during normal business hours.

As part of Ventura country club, Southpointe residents also enjoy access to an 18 hole golf course, restaurant, bar, newly renovated exercise facility, 24 security patrol and manned entry gates, library, pro-shop, tennis courts, playground, bocce ball court, and basketball court.
