Attention Southpointe Owners
The Southpointe coupon payment books have not arrived yet. If you are on autopay (ACH) with the association, the amount will adjust to the new fee automatically. If you are using online billpay, you must update the amount through your online banking. The new amounts are listed on the 2023 budget which was mailed out in November. If you do not know what your new fee is, or if you need assistance making your payment, please contact the Southpointe office at 407 282-9250. We have also posted the new fees on the office door.
