Phase 2 of our paving project is now completed. Thank you to all of our residents who followed the parking instructions and helped our paving project run quickly and smoothly. To those who chose not to follow instructions, you will be receiving a car relocation bill for $35. The final phase of paving, which will include the areas not yet paved, and the damaged curbing around the trees in the parking lot, will be done when the winter residents leave in April/May. Signs will be posted in advance to remind everyone.
