ATTENTION ALL RESIDENTS IN THESE BUILDINGS
We have received unusually high water readings from OUC for this building. We ask that everyone check their water sources (showers, sinks, and toilets) to ensure there is no leaking of any kind. Any leaks discovered must be reported and fixed immediately. Any unit we find that has an unrepaired leak or unusually high water usage will be charged for the overage. We cannot continue to pay $30,000 a month for water without raising the fees or charging for over use.
