Dumpsters for Southpointe Residents Only!!!!!!
If you approach a dumpster and it is full, you MUST use another one. DO NOT leave trash anywhere on the ground. The City will NOT pick up any trash that is not INSIDE the actual dumpster. Please report all violators to the Southpointe office with as much information as you can provide (photos, license plate, etc.). If trash is left on the ground and we discover who it belongs to, we will re-deliver it to the address it came from. It is not fair to the maintenance crew to clean this up every day and we will not tolerate this behavior. If you have large items such as appliances or furniture to dispose of, you must put them in the large fenced in area by the car wash. This area will be for large items only, NOT regular trash. Violators will be fined, and if necessary surveillance cameras will be installed.

En el caso que usted quiera echar basura y el contenedor esté lleno, use otro. NO deje basura en el piso. La Ciudad de Orlando no recoge basura en el piso. Por favor informe a Southpointe las personas que usted vea violen estas disposiciones. Por favor incluya la mayor cantidad de información (fotos, tablilla, etc.). Si alguien deja basura en el piso y podemos determinar la procedencia, vamos a retornarla al violador. No es justo que el personal de mantenimiento tenga que limpiar el área de basura todos los días. Southpointe no va a tolerar este tipo de comportamiento. Si usted necesita botar artículos de gran tamaño, tales como muebles o electrodomésticos, colóquelos en el área cercada en la zona para lavado de carros. Esta área es para artículos de tamaño grande, no para basura regular. Se va a multar a los violadores, y si fuese necesario, se van a instalar cámaras de seguridad.
