Buildings 35, 36, 37, 38, 41, 42: Now that your roofs are complete, for those of you who have had drywall and insulation removed you may now call our office at 407 282-9250, and schedule your insulation and drywall installation. Please understand we have two drywall crews and over 200 units to repair. There WILL be a wait. We are moving as quickly as we can and will get to everyone eventually. If you have an AC issue as a result of the roofing project, you need to contact Hector with Mr. AC of Orlando at 407 451 5758. If you have drywall that needs to be removed but has not yet been removed, you must contact Andrew at 407 222-6099. As a reminder, our insurance is covering the roof, the drywall, and the insulation. Our insurance will NOT cover anything more. If you have other damage to your floors, furniture, personal items, paint etc. you need to contact YOUR homeowner’s insurance and submit a claim for those items.
