Recently there have been more and more parking violations and vehicles being towed at Southpointe. Please note that it doesn’t matter if you are a Renter or an Owner the parking and vehicle regulations are to be adhered to by all.
Vehicles that are subject to get a violation and possibly be towed are as follows:
- Expired license plate
- Expired registration
- No license plate
- Parking illegally in a handicapped parking space without a handicapped placard
- Parking in a “No parking Zone”
- Parking in the grass
- Non functioning vehicles
- Vehicles with no parking pass or with an expired parking pass.
