We are reconstructing the upstairs atrium in this building, it has become unsafe due to wood that has started to deteriorate under the pavers. Each time an area is pulled up, a temporary walkway will be in place to ensure each resident always has access to their unit. There will also be support beams added downstairs to support the weight of the upstairs atrium. We apologize for the inconvenience and noise this may cause.
