The re-roofing project on this building is nearly completed. For those of you in the buildings listed above who have had drywall removed, you may begin calling our office at 407 282-9250 on March 12th to schedule your drywall and insulation installation. Appointments will be available beginning March 12th on a first come first serve basis. In order to keep the project moving and get to everyone in a timely manner the contractors will be working up to 7 days a week from sun up to sun down. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and noise this may cause.
If you have a leak that you have not yet reported, or you have damaged drywall that has not yet been removed, please contact Andrew at 407 222 6099 immediately to schedule this. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
