We hope that everyone is remaining safe and healthy during this lockdown.
Please keep in mind that the office is closed until at least April 10th or longer depending on the County order. During this time the Condo Association Fees are still expected to be paid at this time, you can mail them to the office at 3700 Woodgate Boulevard Orlando, Fl 32822 or you can put it in the mail slot that is to the left of the front doors to the office. that being said please DO NOT bring the Southpointe Office the Ventura Home Owners Assn dues. We know they are closed but we DO NOT and WILL not accept them or hold on to them for you until they open. Southpointe Condo Fees and Ventura Home Owner fees are two different things and needs to be delivered to each separate office as such. If you are paying with cash, please make sure you are putting it in an envelope that is clearly marked with your full name and address . Thank you very much for your continued cooperation during this time and we hope to be back in the office as soon as we are allowed to.
