As a reminder we are officially changing banks this month. In the upcoming days you will receive a package from BB&T regarding your fees for 2018. Inside the booklet will be several options on how to pay your 2018 condo fees. For those of you who were on autopay, your last autopay was November. You must pay December to our office. We are no longer at Regions Bank and they will not accept or process any further payments for Southpointe. You can drop off your payment at our office, or mail it to us at 3700 Woodgate Blvd. Orlando, FL 32822. If you have any questions about your account please contact us at 407 282-9250. Accounts that are past due will be sent to collections. Payments are due the first of every month. After the 10th of the month they will be considered late. Tomorrow we will be posting the autopay form for our new bank BB&T on this website. To get this form, click on owners and then downloads. Please follow all of the instructions on this form or your autopay will not be processed. If you have this form turned in to our office or BB&T (using the BB&T contact info on the form) before the 20th of December, then your autopay will start for January.
