As of right now the roof on Buildings 41 and 42 is scheduled to be replaced beginning on or before February 12th. We will post the exact start date and further instructions and information as the time approaches. In the meantime if you own a condo in Buildings 41 and 42 and you have not yet had your unit checked for hurricane damage, or if you own a condo in these buildings and you DO have leak damage but you have not yet had Andrew from United Water Restoration come by to remove your damaged drywall and insulation, please call him with in the next week to schedule him to come by. Please remember that if you have had a leak since the hurricane, it will continue to leak until the roof is replaced. Please keep an eye on the weather forecast and make sure you are prepared for this.
