We have the new condo fees for 2020. Please note that ALL fees are due on the first of every month.
The fees are as follows:
PHASE 1 (BUILDINGS 1&2, 9&10,11&12,15&16)- $222.73.
PHASE 2 (BUILDINGS 3&4,5&6,7&8) – $225.28.
PHASE 3 (BUILDINGS 37&38,39&40, 41&42,43&44)- $222.95.
PHASE 4 (BUILDINGS 33&34,35&36)- $221.72.
PHASE 5 (BUILDINGS 13&14, 29&30,31&32)- $220.26.
