If you are having work done on your AC unit, or you are having it replaced, you MUST check out a roof key from the office. Do not allow your contractors to go up the side of the building with a ladder, as it will damage the siding. Also, please make sure if they are replacing your AC unit, that they take the old one with them. They CANNOT leave the old AC unit on the roof, or we will have to charge the unit owner to have it removed. Also any damages caused to the roof by an AC contractor will be charged to the unit owner. They may not cut the roof open or alter it in anyway that will cause a void in the roof warranty or a leak in the building.
