Good Morning Southpointe Residents!
This is just a reminder to please use the dumpsters for your trash, lining the gates of the dumpsters when it is full is prohibited. If you see a dumpster is full you MUST use another one. This holiday weekend there was trash everywhere around and outside the dumpster by the car wash. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Having to be called in on your day off (much less a holiday), to clean up trash, is unfair. There is absolutely no reason why this continues to be an issue. Also any trash that is left by your front door or the patio is also a violation. I understand that people do not want trash in their house because it stinks. When left outside it stinks up the entire building, and the squirrels and raccoons are tearing into it, and yet again a maintenance guy has to now go and clean it all up. The trash that you make is your own responsibility NOT the responsibility of the Southpointe workers. This also includes waste from when you walk your dogs outside, as well.
Please be considerate of those around you and throw your trash away in the correct receptacle.

Este es solo un recordatorio para usar los contenedores para tu recolección de residuos, que bordea las puertas de los contenedores cuando está lleno está prohibido. Si ve que un contenedor de basura está lleno, DEBE usar otro. Este fin de semana de vacaciones había recolección de residuos en todas partes alrededor y fuera del contenedor de basura junto al lavado de autos. ESTO ES INCEPTABLE. Tener que ser llamado en su día libre (mucho menos un día festivo), para limpiar la basura, es injusto. No hay absolutamente ninguna razón por la que esto siga siendo un problema. Además, cualquier recolección de residuos que está a la izquierda por tu puerta principal o el patio también es una violación. Entiendo que la gente no quiere basura en su casa porque apesta. Cuando la izquierda al aire libre que stinks hasta todo el edificio, y las ardillas y mapaches están rompiendo en ella, y una vez más un encargado de mantenimiento tiene que ahora ir y limpiar todo. La recolección de residuos que usted hace es su propia responsabilidad NO la responsabilidad de los trabajadores de Southpointe. Esto también incluye los desechos de cuando paseas a tus perros afuera, también.
