We hope you had a great weekend and are doing well!
The hot tub is closed at this time due to a part needing to be replaced. There is a titanium shortage and unfortunately the part can not be manufactured until the shortage is over. We are doing everything in our power to get it up and running as far as possible but at this time everyone that we have reached out to for this particular mechanism is having the same issue. At this time we do not have a perspective date as to when it will reopen.
We appreciated your cooperation in this matter and hope that we have the hot tub up and running again as soon as possible!
