The laundry rooms located in the buildings are to be kept clean.
Lint traps need to be cleaned out after using the dryers and the lint needs to be placed in the trash receptacle that is provided for you, as well as dryer sheets and empty detergent bottles.
Household trash, food, dog feces, and the like are NOT permitted in those trash cans, there are 6 dumpsters located around the Southpointe parking lot for your convenience for household trash and the above mentioned items.
ALSO IF YOU ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM WITH EITHER THE WASHER OR DRYER PLEASE CALL THE SOUTHPOINTE OFFICE (407-282-9250) OR LEAVE A VOICEMAIL AND WE WILL CONTACT THE COMPANY TO FIX THE ISSUE .
