We hope that you are all doing well and are taking necessary precautions to remain safe at this time. We just wanted to let you know that the Orkin Pest Control weekly service has been halted by Orkin due to the Corona Virus until further notice. You may see him spraying the grounds or outside the buildings but he is not permitted to enter anyone’s condo whether it is occupied by someone or not.
We are sorry for this inconvenience but these measures have been taken by Orkin Pest Control company and they must be honored.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and we will keep you updated if anything changes.

Esperamos que todos ustedes estén bien y estén tomando las precauciones necesarias para mantenerse seguros en este momento. Sólo queríamos hacerle saber que el servicio semanal Orkin Pest Control ha sido detenido por Orkin debido al coronavirus hasta nuevo aviso. Usted puede ver que rocía los jardines o fuera de los edificios, pero no se le permite ingresar anyone’s condominio si está ocupado por alguien o no. Lamentamos este inconveniente, pero estas medidas han sido tomadas por la compañía Orkin Pest Control y deben ser respetadas.
