Good Afternoon Southpointe Residents!
This is just a friendly remind that if you have recently had your A/C worked on or Cable/Internet installed there is a chance that you have borrowed a Meter Room key OR a Roof Hatch key. We ask that you kindly return them to the Southpointe Office. Please also remember that if you have the need for either key on the weekend and the office is closed the Security Patrol Officer is equipped with both keys and will open the lock for you at any time.
To reach the Patrol Officer, the phone number is 407-758-1132, just let them know the building you live in and they will be by to open the lock for you!
