Roof replacement is well underway for Buildings 7 and 8. Roofers will be working over the next two weeks in these buildings to put on a new roof, replace gutters, downspouts, flashing and installing hurricane stands for the AC units. They will be working 7 days a week so they can be done as quickly as possible. There will be a lot of noise as previously stated, and we apologize for that inconvenience. Please use caution when walking in this area during construction. The roofers will be as clean as possible, but while they are working there may be nails, shingles and other material on the ground. We will make a post once the building has been completed so that units that have had drywall and insulation removed due to storm/leak damage can call and schedule these interior repairs. Appointments will be made on a first come first come basis. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience during this project.
