We will be doing inspections on Buildings 1-16 on March 15th, and on Buildings 29-44 on March 17th. Please make sure your patios are neat and free from clutter, as a reminder ONLY patio furniture is allowed inside the patios. There are to be NO items in the hallways, under the stairs, outside of front doors, or outside your patio. Charcoal and propane grills are not allowed and must be removed. Only neutral color blinds are allowed inside the patios and they must be in good condition. Window coverings (blinds and curtains) but be a shade of white. If your front door needs to be repainted, you are responsible for painting it, the door paint is available at the maintenance shed. If your patio frame is damaged or very faded, you must repaint it with the proper paint.
If you are in violation of any of the above, please correct before the deadlines listed above to avoid receiving a violation. Violations not corrected in a timely manner will be sent to the attorney. Si el marco de su patio está dañado o muy descolorido, debe volver a pintarlo con la pintura adecuada.
Si infringe alguno de los puntos anteriores, corríjalo antes de los plazos indicados anteriormente para evitar recibir una infracción.
