This is just a friendly reminder that any curtains in the windows must be a neutral color.
Neutral colors include white, off white, and beige ONLY!!
Please note that flags, clothing, etc. or anything that is NOT a curtain of a neutral color is against Southpointe rules and regulations.
Those who are not adhering to this rule will be given a violation and will be required to remove the window dressing/curtains.
